Police reported that the incident happened on Sunday, Aug. 22, on Masarik Avenue in Stratford.
The Stratford Police Department said Jeshawn Rogers, of Bridgeport, fired the shots at the two people, striking an occupied residence on Orange Street.
Police obtained a warrant for Rogers' arrest and a warrant to search his apartment.
On Tuesday, Sept. 7, police searched Rogers' apartment and seized a Glock 19 9mm with a high-capacity magazine, ammunition and marijuana that was packaged to be sold, the police department reported.
Police said Rogers is considered to be armed and dangerous.
